Startup & Shutdown sound with GNOME on Arch?

I want to display an audio file each time I startup and shutdown the system on Arch.
When I were still using KDE plasma, I made it possible by:
Code:- sudo cp /home/user/Desktop/name.wav /usr/share/sounds
- open System Settings"
- search for Autostart"
- add the shutdownsound.service" as Script from /etc/systemd/system.if this wouldn't have worked, I would just have: Code:- open System Settings"
- search for Autostart"
- add the .wav file from desktop directory. But GNOME doesn't have "system settings" nor can I find it in the App "Tweaks".

I'm aware of limited cutstomization of GNOME compared to KDE but still hope for it being doable with the help of the community :=)latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=m_fD-L8HR7k:oEjcTu33wK8:F7zBnMy latest?i=m_fD-L8HR7k:oEjcTu33wK8:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=m_fD-L8HR7k:oEjcTu33wK8:gIN9vFwm_fD-L8HR7k
