Any software that generates reports and stats?

I have a report in HTML. It's pretty much a table. It lists every entry and exit of cars into and out of a parking lot. It lists car brands and colors and it already lists how long each car was parked so I don't have to do any math with their entry and exit times. There are also motorcycles.
That's all it lists, and I want some additional data facts. For example, which brands (or colors?) are the most common, which brand was parked for the longest time considering the sum of all units of the same brand etc. I think I also want such lists ranked from most to least.
I can easily write a filter that will convert the HTML table into something else that can be fed to some kind of homemade data cruncher, but crunching the data will be more involved.
Short of a SQL database, is there some kind of software that does that already so I don't have to reinvent wheels?
TIA
