Failed to update Debian

Hi there,
I am running Linux Debian edition 4, fresh installed with newly downloaded ISO, no problem during install but got this error during update :

E: Repository 'http://security.debian.org buster/updates InRelease' changed its 'Suite' value from 'stable' to 'oldstable'

To save time digging into the manpage, could someone shred some light on that thanks ! I wonder why I got that error, if something has to change should have done at the source ! btw my a/c at Mint is locked due to wrong pwd, so I decided to post my question here, this is the right place to get answer quick !
