RTL 8822BE Bluetooth works only after hibernate HP laptop

Hi
My Bluetooth only works after hibernation Ubuntu 20.04 and during normal boot it's not found.
I have tried both lwfinger and mid-kid repos with no luck
Anyone has a workaround for this ??
