Horrible NFSv3 performance on Slackware 15 RC1 - Kernel 5.13.12 and 5.13.13

Both kernel-generic 5.13.12 and 5.13.13 introduced horrible network performance in Slackware 15 RC1. NFS traffic will complete halt with no error or timeout. Going back to 5.12.9 (the last kernel I ran before the recent update) fix the issue. Also, when running the problematic kernels, using sshfs had none of the halts seen with NFS.
