Ontario reports 865 new COVID cases, majority of cases still in unvaccinated people

Ontario is reporting another 865 COVID-19 cases and 14 more deaths. Of the 14, nine of the deaths occured more than two months ago and is being reported due to a data cleaup, according to the province's latest report released Thursday morning.
