Last Week's Update Killed Fullscreen in Plasma(X11)

I checked in other WM/DEs (fluxbox and Xfce) and all is normal but in Plasma-5 fullscreen goes black screen.
FWIW, though unlikely an issue, this is with a GTX 1070-Ti on a Viewsonic Elite 1440p monitor set to native 2560x1440, Nvidia 470.63.01 driv er installed as always from Runlevel 3, no issues.. I also disabled Zoom and Fullscreen Effects in Plasma System Settings but to no avail. Fullscreen works normally in all WM/DEs, including Plasma-5 in other Current systems on same box but not updated last week.
It seems obviously and solely a Plasma issue, but I have yet to discover what causes this after a week trying to find and fix. Any ideas?
Minor Correction - Digikam works in Fullscreen but everything else including all graphics apps and even browsers, black out in Fullscreen.
