Hamilton woman dies in dirt bike crash in Bracebridge

Ontario Provincial Police say a Hamilton woman has died after crashing a dirt bike in Bracebridge Saturday afternoon.
In a press release, Bracebridge OPP said officers were called to a single-vehicle crash involving an off-road vehicle on Monsell Road in Bracebridge just before 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
The driver, who police identified as Sydney Leonard, 24, of Hamilton, was transported to a local hospital.
She later died of her injuries, police said.
The OPP's technical traffic collision investigation unit had been called in to investigate the incident.
No further details were provided by police and the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
