Finding files with specific search creteria

How do I find all file name and path of the file, using the following creteria

File onwer or group : maverick
Modified(or) created date range: 09/01/2021 - 09/14/2021
file size 5bytes to 2048bytes
exclude directories /proc /home/maverick/Download
