Hope Unlimited Church reported a profit of $43,355 in 2019, which increased dramatically to $1.6m in 2020 in part with government pandemic payments

A wealthy Pentecostal church was handed $660,000 in jobkeeper payments and later posted a 3620% increase in profit and a $1.2m increase in revenue.

Hope Unlimited Church, a global church that began on the New South Wales Central Coast, revealed in filings to the charity regulator that it posted a $1.6m profit last year while receiving $660,000 in jobkeeper payments.
