All you need to know about FuboTV.

Though it may not be the most well-known live TV streaming service on the market, FuboTV is one of the best available. While FuboTV is priced similarly to YouTube TV and Hulu with Live TV, it's packed with dozens of additional sports and entertainment channels, making it nearly impossible to find a better place to stream.

FuboTVWhat is FuboTV?

The FuboTV streaming service uses your location to include local channels with your monthly subscription and gives you access to more than 100 live channels. In most markets, this includes the likes of ABC, FOX, NBC, CBS, The CW, Telemundo, Univision, and various entertainment and lifestyle networks.

Among other perks, Fubo's monthly subscription plans have no hidden fees, and you're not required to sign a contract as a traditional cable company would. If you eventually decide that you're not using the service, you can choose to end your subscription at any time with no penalty.

How much does FuboTV cost?

There are three main plans to choose from at FuboTV. Like YouTube TV, Fubo TV starts at $64.99 with the Fubo Starter plan. Along with access to 100-plus live TV channels, Fubo also provides access to more than 130 events streaming in 4K, cloud DVR with 250 hours of storage, and the ability to stream on up to three devices at the same time. Additionally, this tier incorporates sports channels like FS1 and FS2, NBCSN, NFL Network, Bein Sports, TUDN, CBS Sports Network, NBC Golf, and more, alongside news and entertainment channels like MSNBC, HGTV, Food Network, Lifetime, SYFY, Freeform, Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, MTV, CMT, VH1, BET, TLC, and Comedy Central.

Meanwhile, Fubo's Pro plan costs $69.99 per month at takes the Starter plan to the next level. In addition to including more than 100 live channels and more than 130 events in 4K, the Pro plan increases cloud DVR storage to 1000 hours and allows you to stream on up to 10 screens at home.

Fubo's most extensive subscription option is the Elite plan, which costs $79.99 per month and includes 48 additional entertainment channels such as BET Her, Teen Nick, DIY Network, GSN, NBA TV, ESPNews, MTV Classic, Logo, Fuse, and more. This plan also ups the cloud DVR storage space to 1,000 hours and allows you to stream on up to three screens simultaneously across 10 separate devices at home.

There's also a fourth option for Spanish-speaking audiences. The Latino Plus plan costs just $33 per month and comes with the best Spanish-language TV channels, such as ESPN HD Deportes, Unimas, Nat Geo Mundo, Discovery En Espanol, TUDN and 11 TUDNXtra channels, Galavision, and more. This plan also includes 250 hours of cloud DVR storage and the ability to watch up to two screens at once. However, it's worth pointing out that this is the only FuboTV plan that doesn't offer a free trial.

What channels are on FuboTV?

fubo-tv-all-channels.jpg

FuboTV lets you watch more than 100 channels with its base Fubo Starter plan, though the exact number varies based on your location. With add-ons and additional channels available to purchase separately, you could potentially have access to more than 210 channels depending on where you live. Here's how that breaks down.

Channels on FuboTV

FuboTV uses your location so you can stream local TV channels in your area, such as ABC, FOX, NBC, CBS, The CW, Telemundo, and Univision. While these local networks are available in most markets, they are blocked in select regions due to licensing restrictions. So before signing up, you'll want to check out the Fubo TV channel guide on its website to see which local channels you'll be able to stream in your region.

Fubo's website also has a channel list to show all the live TV channels you'll be able to watch in your current area. Additional channels in most markets include HGTV, ESPN, FX, TLC, Animal Planet, BBC America, CM, Discovery, Disney Channel, Freeform, ID, National Geographic, MTV, Hallmark Channel, OWN, and more.

FuboTV channel add-ons

Fubo also allows you to enhance your streaming experience with a series of channel add-ons, which can be added to your plan for an extra fee each month. Specifically, FuboTV currently offers six premium network add-on options, ranging in price from $4.99-$10.99 per month. They are AMC Premiere, Epix, Rai Italia, Showtime, Starz, and TV5 Monde.

Sports fans might also want to consider grabbing Fubo's Sports Plus add-on, which brings more than 25 extra sports channels to your monthly plan for just $10.99 per month. Among the 25-plus sports networks are NFL RedZone, ESPNews, MLB Network, NBA TV, NHL Network, Pac-12 Network, Tennis Channel, and Zona Futbol.

Another standout bundle is the Fubo Extra bundle, which is already included as part of the Elite subscription, but can be added to the Starter or Pro plans for an additional $7.99 per month. This bundle features roughly 48 additional entertainment channels, such as BBC World News, BET Her, Destination America, MTV Live, Sony Movie Channel, and a selection of sports networks.

There are also three free trials available at FuboTV right now. As such, you can sign up for either the Fubo Starter, Fubo Pro, or Fubo Elite plan and score your first seven days of access completely free. You'll need to enter your billing information to sign up, though you won't be charged until after your free 7-day trial has ended. You're able to cancel the trial at any time during the seven days without being charged if you don't want to stay subscribed.
