Family of Manuel Ellis, a Black Man Killed by Police, Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit
The family of Manuel Ellis, a Black man killed by police last March, filed a wrongful death and civil rights lawsuit against the city of Tacoma, Pierce County, and officers from the Tacoma Police Department and Pierce County Sheriff's Department.
