Removing Print_To_PDF Application Error on VirtualBox WinXP running on Mint 20.2

I am using VirtualBox to run Win XP SP3 on my Linux Mint 20.2. I use Print_To_PDF which works well but eveytime I open Win XP it shows a failed to initialize application error which says click to terminate the app. I click and the message disappears and the software still works. I read on the Internet that installing NET Framework will solve this problem, but I cannot install NET Framework as the Win XP cannot connect to my internet. Is there a way I can download the software, or failing that a way to get rid of the irritating App Error message? Thanks
