RHEL8 - PCIe SATA controller with boot support

What do you like? I'm setting up an older Intel server for training purposes, but it lost RHEL support at version 6. That said, everything still works with the RHEL 8 installer, except it won't create a boot drive. I'm debating between just booting from a USB drive, or turn off the integrated SATA controller and plugging in a new card that RHEL 8 would like. RAID isn't a concern, but I wouldn't throw it out. Are you using a card with RHEL 8 that you've been impressed with?

And I'm using RHEL 8 under a developer account.latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=gS-xJb44RMI:AJ0S0QYw4oQ:F7zBnMy latest?i=gS-xJb44RMI:AJ0S0QYw4oQ:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=gS-xJb44RMI:AJ0S0QYw4oQ:gIN9vFwgS-xJb44RMI
