Linux Mint 21 Shutdown/Restart pop up driving me mad

Hello,
I have a really annoying issue. Whenever I look at a web page or watch YouTube or actually do anything whatsoever, I get a pop up appear asking me to shut down or restart etc etc. If I don't see the pop up and I hit enter my machine then shuts down whilst I am in the middle of work.
It's driving me mental!! LOL!
I've checked the logs in realtime whilst this happens and I get no new lines. Nothing to go by.
Any ideas people? What should I be checking or looking out for??
