Blu ray missing files

Hi
I have a question about a strange thing that I can not understand.

Facts
I burned a BD using K3B and I kept the ISO file make to do it. The size of iso was 25GB (full BD). The burning process looks gone in proper way. I used UDF fs.
K3B controlled the BD and confirmed it was OK.
When I checked manually the disk its size looked little bit more that 9GB, most of the file was missing.

Thoughts
It is not a easy problems like hidden files.
If I mount the ISO image it is like BD, about 9 GB, same files on it. But if I open the ISO image with Ark all file are present, I can extract them and anyone can be opened and works properly.
As second check I made an ISO image from DB, DD command.
The new image works exactly like the old one, if mounted files are missing, if opened as archive files are all present.
The missing files don't looks to be related to them filename, but in some directory, if file are ordered by name, files are present up to one point and all following ones are all missing.
Looks me that question is related to fs mounting, but is not clear where is the problem, why that happened and how to check it.

Anyone has ideas? Check to do?

All best
