i-Dixel One Data Viewer for Linux

The endodontist gave me a copy of his scan of my teeth in 'i-Dixel One Data Viewer' format, a Windoze program. The manufacturer and the endodontist tell me I'm out of luck. A search of the Internet didn't turn anything up. I can view the main image, a BMP, but the others, TIFFs, are reported as invalid by all my software, including Imagemagick.
