fresh install, bad bios, wiped hard disk

Hey All,
I was trying to install fedora 34 on an older Dell Inspiron 15-7000 7537 series.
I have a live boot usb that I tried to use to install fedora on my laptop. Problem is the bios would not boot from usb. In fact, every attempt to change the bios resulted in the the bios menu locking up. I tried several times and it always locked up when changing bios settings.
Eventually I decided the bios was bad. This computer would boot to windows 8, I believe. Problem is I was not able to login to the device. My nephews computer and he lost the password years ago. Since they didn't have any of the original disks I believed installing linux was the only option.
Before trying to install linux I put the hard disk into another computer and looked around to see if there was data to keep. After that I wiped the disk and reinstalled into the laptop and tried to install. Bios still would not allow setting boot priority.
So I removed the hard disk and installed it into a lenovo laptop and used it to install fedora on to the (Inspiron) hard disk. On the lenova fedora successfully installed. I configured the install then put everything back together and now it is completely unable to boot. I am attaching a screen shot of the boot partition but I suspect it won't help. My thought is I need to replace/reconfigure the grub configurations, but I don't know.
The error message is "No Boot Device found. Press any key to reboot the machine" Pressing any key shows the dell logo briefly, then returns to the same error message.
If we get it to boot then my question will be how do I update the bios? First things first however.
