Storm surge: HCA warns strong winds could cause flooding and erosion along Lake Ontario

Strong, shore-bound winds and waves as high as two metres are forecast for today and the resulting storm surge could raise the risk of flooding and erosion, according to the Hamilton Conservation Authority.
