Could not print the document. Detailed error is "Could not open a temporary file".

After a recent upgrade from 14.2 to current, I am getting this error every time I try to print a document. For example, if print from okular, it says
Code:Could not print the document. Detailed error is "Could not open a temporary file". Please report to bugs.kde.orgHowever, I am able to print fine if I do "sudo okular". In other words, printing as root works fine. So there is some incorrect permission setting somewhere, but I am unable to figure out where the problem is. Any help would be appreciated.latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=XzVGbisRaxQ:7xgbzfH3aJk:F7zBnMy latest?i=XzVGbisRaxQ:7xgbzfH3aJk:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=XzVGbisRaxQ:7xgbzfH3aJk:gIN9vFwXzVGbisRaxQ
