lxpanel menu "Logout command is not set", Arch i3wm
by TheJooomes from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5RMF0)
I click the menu applet on the panel, I click Logout, and I get an error message that says "Logout command is not set". All the search results I'm finding are people wanting to end their graphical sessions through a single terminal command, which isn't relevant at all.
I do have the command lxsession-logout which brings up a window with options like shutdown, reboot, suspend, logout, etc... and I also have lxde-logout which does the same thing. I'm not finding anywhere to set the lxpanel menu to execute a command when Logout is clicked.
I expect when I click Logout in the menu, that I get the window with all the power and session options. How do I set the menu applet to execute lxsession-logout when Logout is clicked?
