Dolphin file manager is not emptying local directory
by salmanahmed from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5RMSX)
Hi
The Trash icon in file managers (Dolphin on my system) points to (~/.local/share/Trash/files), which is also true in my case. However, after emptying Trash (from Dolphin file manager), although its Trash folder is showing empty, but (~.local/share/Trash/files) is still showing a number of files (screenshot is attached). These files in (~.local/share/Trash/files) can be easily remove (by rm command)but the question is that why Dolphin is not emptying this directory (~.local/share/Trash/files). Thanks
