Ontario Provincial Police are warning drivers to avoid the westbound Highway 403 east of Main Street after a rollover crash involving commercial vehicles Monday morning.
Cleanup is expected to take hours and the public should expect significant delays, OPP said on Twitter.
Photos from the scene show a truck on its side and a transport truck with its back ripped open. Debris littered the highway.
The cleanup is also affecting GO bus services. Buses on routes 15, 16, 18, 40, 41 and 47 are impacted. GO Transit said delays of 15 to 25 minutes are expected due to road closures and lane restrictions on Highway 403 as a result of a collision.
