Satellite suspends after update of Elementary OS

Hello, I am using a Satellite L300D with Elementary OS on 64bit
After updating to a new Elementary OS (Ubuntu 16.4.01)
After that I could not login (Failed to start x session) so I switched to Terminal
The main issue here is that after 20 seconds the laptop goes to suspend mode. Then sometimes when I press the power button I get another 20 minutes. I thought it was an issue with Elementary OS so I tried out Peppermint starting on USB.. the same issue occurred.
