Create an ISO from LFS build
by tosaikiran from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5RPD5)
Hi,
I have a VM and completed LFS build(in the folder /mnt/lfs). I want to create an ISO from the LFS I have done and probably make a bootable USB disk with this ISO. /dev/sdb1 is mounted on /mnt/lfs. I have not configured GRUB as mentioned in this link: https://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs...er10/grub.html
The reason for that is, I do not want to install LFS on this machine. I just want an ISO from my LFS build. Correct me, if I am wrong. I want to know how to create an ISO, after this point. Do I have to add some configuration file to /mnt/lfs folder? Let me know how to proceed further.
Thanks in advance,
Sai Kiran.
