AWS - (Amazon) security for a WAN server - help for 'connection refused error' needed

I am using Ubuntu 21.01 and ufw firewall which is set to allow 25565 TCP Port.

I have an EC2 AWS account free for 1 year which gives me a WAN IP I can use to direct server users to my server when they request 25565 TCP port.

The instance type is t2.micro, it is running and has recorded two passed status checks.

My ASUS RT-AC68U Port forwarding is:

External port 25565 Internal IP 192.168.2.59 which is the address of my Ubuntu computer.

However, when I try to use the AWS WAN IP I get a 'connection refused' error.

If I use my WAN IP the server works fine.

So, it seems AWS settings are correct - it passed, and I can see my port forwarding is correct, so why is the connection refused?

I have exposed the computer with a DMZ but it still fails.

I have an extract from my router log:
