Slackware 14.2 odd sendmail behavior

I must have of messed something up, again.

netstat shows Sendmail opening a connection to some foreign address on port 25 and I no longer receive my normal mail from cron jobs.

I've tried searching but couldn't find what I was looking for.
Not sure how to proceed forward with this issue.

I'm sure it's a simple fix but I need someone to point me in the right direction.
