Why is Ubuntu so slow on my PC?

Hi,
In our company Shashwat Stainless Inc, the Ubuntu PC gets slower with (ssd1) than with W10 (ssd2). I tried the applications but it runs slow and hangs. My PC has a great processor but it also works slow. suggest to me what can I do? That PC works fast.
