Go back to GNOME from KDE Plasma

I am running Ubuntu 21.04 and I installed KDE to try it out as a lot of people are talking about it. The first Time I booted it. It looked like Windows and Linux did not feel like an escape to Windows anymore. I changed it a bit and it was consuming double the RAM than GNOME, when I have a normal set of apps open. I want to go back to GNOME now. How do I uninstall it and it's programs?
