Connected to Wifi but internet not available

from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5SEMM)
I recently downloaded the ubuntu 20.04 distribution. When i connect to my home wifi, it shows connected but I am not able to use internet i.e the pages keep loading forever.
Note : This happens only for my home wifi. When I use my mobile wifi hotspot it works just fine so I figured my wireless adapter is fine. The wired connections to the network, however, works. The only problem is wireless connection to my home wifi only.

I am even able to ping my router which means I am connected to it.

The ifconfig ouput:

Use "nmcli device show" to get complete information about known devices and
"nmcli connection show" to get an overview on active connection profiles.

Consult nmcli(1) and nmcli-examples(7) manual pages for complete usage details. If you require some more outputs to diagnose the issue please let me know

Thankyou
