Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers doesn't plan to undergo toe surgery over the team's bye in Week 13 and will instead rest in the hope his injury improves, according to Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.

Rodgers revealed last week that he's dealing with a fractured toe, not the condition known as "COVID toe," as was previously reported.

The quarterback missed the Week 9 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs after testing positive for COVID-19 and sustained the injury while working out away from the team.

While the 37-year-old has played through the toe issue the last three games, his performance seemingly hasn't been impacted. Rodgers has thrown for 984 yards and six touchdowns against one interception, leading the Packers to two wins.

Green Bay sits atop the NFC North with a 9-3 record and occupies the conference's No. 2 seed behind the Arizona Cardinals.

The Packers face the Chicago Bears on Sunday Night Football in Week 14.
