Strong wind and heavy rain expected to hit Hamilton and nearby areas

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement as it expects up to 40 mm of rain and wind gusts up to 90 km/h to blow through Hamilton, Niagara, Brant, Burlington and Haldimand-Norfolk starting Sunday night.
