Alex Dalton's mom says his death has left a 'gaping hole,' as police announce 2 people charged

The 23-year-old was killed in April when the motorcycle he was driving was hit in Hagersville just after 9 p.m., according to police. Now two people have been charged, but the driver remains at large.
