how to have sound from the monitor?

I have a new PRISM+ monitor that comes with a speaker.

I cannot play music on CentOS7 but OK on Rocky 8.

Under Settings -> Sound, CentOS7 shows only 1 entry, which is
Headphones Built in Audio

But Rocky Linux 8, there are two entries. I think one is
Headphones Built in Audio
and the other is
HDMI/Audio or something (cannot remember exactly).
