EPSON ES-200. Not found/recognized.

Hi. Running Mint 20.2 Uma 64Bit. (Experience level - 20 years using Linux but not a techy!). Scanner apps (Scanlite / Xsane etc) wont recognize the USB cable connected scanner Epson ES200. Downloaded and installed (I think) drivers from Epson Site. Rebooted etc. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks.
