KDE: How to add "Uninstall" option to the right-click menu of pkgs in Application Menu?

How can I add a "Uninstall" option to the right-click menu of an application in the Plasma Application Launcher? Like what Linux Mint Cinnamon has and Windows 10 has.

Edit: specifically for Arch Linux, but I don't mind if it might use PackageKit.
