Brady breaks Brees' all-time record for career completions
Tom Brady keeps collecting records.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback broke Drew Brees' all-time record for career completions in the second quarter of Sunday's 33-27 overtime win over the Buffalo Bills.
Brady entered Week 14 needing 17 regular-season completions to tie Brees' 7,142 career completed passes. The seven-time Super Bowl champion tossed his 18th completion versus Buffalo to Mike Evans.
He finished the evening with 31 completions for 363 yards and two touchdowns.

Brady, who entered this season as the NFL's all-time leader in touchdown passes, also became the first quarterback ever to toss 700 career touchdowns, including the playoffs. He did it in style against the Bills, finding Breshad Perriman for a 58-yard walk-off touchdown in overtime.
The 44-year-old's now thrown for 617 touchdowns in the regular season and 83 TDs in the playoffs throughout his career.
He overtook Brees to become the league's all-time leader in passing yards in Week 4.
