A blaze at a property in Grovelands Road, Reading, is believed to have killed one person and left a number of others unaccounted for.
A 31-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of arson and murder and is being held in custody. Police said the incident was not being treated as terror-related and urged people to avoid the area, with road closures in place
