[SOLVED] Mod--please move to Networking
by bayou self from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5T3AC)
Just got my Linux From Scratch going today (have to give a shout-out to @colorpurple21859!) and suddenly lost all wifi.
When I type "sudo service NetworkManager restart" I get "Disconnected The network connection has been disconnected".
When I type ip address, one of my wifi adapters is missing, and the other one is down.
Is this somehow connected to my LFS installation, and what can I do to fix it? I use wicd-curses on my laptop.
Thanks.
EDIT:
Booting into Recovery Mode, I have wifi--otherwise, no wifi.
