Realtor Natalie-Jean Vancardo says the sellers were leaving to move to their dream home." She says the buyers appeared to be a couple who were specifically interested in the Locke Street area. She says the property was on the market for three days before the sale.

The front room is well lit by a bay window, while the house's lushly landscaped and private backyard features a large deck.

Realtor Slavica Mutnjakovic says her client loved living in the home but left to move in with her aging parents. She says the house sold within a day of going on the market.
