School is closed one more day after a blizzard hit the city on Monday, and while the city remains under an inclement weather alert on Tuesday, sliding down one of Hamilton's five tobogganing hills might be just what the teacher ordered.
Outdoor adventurers will want to wear full winter gear before they toboggan. Environment Canada is calling for possible flurries and a daytime high of -3 C on Tuesday. Winds will be up to 15 km per hour in the afternoon but gusting up to 50 this evening making the wind chill feel like -10 C.
The city warns people on its website to wear a helmet and follow posted safety tips.
