Kernel prepatch 5.17-rc2

The 5.17-rc2 kernel prepatch is out fortesting.

Nothing hugely surprising here - it's a bit on the bigger side forbeing an rc2, but maybe part of that is that there's a NFS clientmerge-window pull request that got merged late due to it havingbeen marked as spam.
