California Cop Cleared for Fatally Shooting Homeless Black Man
An Orange County sheriff's deputy was determined by the Orange County District Attorney's Office to be justified in his fatal shooting of a homeless Black man in San Clemente, California, who deputies thought was jaywalking, according to the Mercury News.
