Hamilton Mountain home targeted in shooting
Hamilton police are seeking three suspects in what they believe was a targeted shooting on a house in a residential Mountain neighbourhood.
Police were called to the shooting near Franklin Road and East 22nd Street about 3:30 p.m. March 5, where a single bullet was shot into an upper floor of the home. No injuries were reported.
Police said the house, in an area east of Upper Wentworth Street and north of Fennell Avenue, was targeted by three unknown suspects. They were described as a thin male wearing a blue hooded coat with the hood up and dark pants; a female with medium build and dark hair; and a man with thin build wearing dark clothing.
Police are seeking the public's assistance identifying the suspects and asking area residents to check surveillance cameras around the time of the shooting.
