Niagara lifting state of emergency nearly 2 years after it was declared in response to COVID-19

Niagara's 12 mayors, along with Regional Chair Jim Bradley, announced Monday that the municipal states of emergency are no longer necessary and will be lifted at 12:01 a.m. on March 15.
