Hamilton police confirm shots fired in Flamborough

No one was reported injured overnight when police say shots were fired in rural Flamborough, just north of Rockton Berry Farm.

Hamilton police are investigating after being called to the area of Old Highway 8 and Highway 8 for a report of possible shots fired on Friday, March 18, just after midnight.

Police say in a release that once on scene, officers secured the area and began an investigation but found no suspects or victims.

Police do confirm a shooting incident occurred.

Investigators are asking residents or anyone driving in the area to check their security or dash cameras from between 12:30 a.m. and 1:30 a.m.
