The Los Angeles Rams are trading wide receiver Robert Woods to the Tennessee Titans, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Los Angeles will receive a 2023 sixth-round pick in return, Rapoport adds.

The Cleveland Browns were also interested in trading for Woods, sources told ESPN's Dianna Russini.

The 29-year-old spent the past five seasons with the Rams, averaging 93 receptions, 1,173 yards, and five touchdowns per 17 games played. However, he suffered a torn ACL at practice last November, which limited him to only 556 yards and four touchdowns on 45 catches through nine appearances in 2021.

As one of the NFL's best blocking receivers, Woods will also be a key contributor for Tennessee on the ground. The club ranks second in the league with 1,517 rushing attempts since 2019, led by superstar running back Derrick Henry.

Woods will join a Titans offense that already features star receiver A.J. Brown. Adding a new high-profile pass-catcher became a priority for Tennessee after the team released Julio Jones on Wednesday.

Brown and Jones struggled to stay healthy last year, missing multiple games throughout the campaign. The former still led his team with 63 catches, 869 yards, and five touchdown receptions through 13 appearances.

Woods brings to Nashville a four-year, $60.5-million deal he signed in September 2020 while leaving behind $8.6 million of dead cap in L.A., according to Spotrac.

The USC product spent his first four NFL seasons with the Buffalo Bills, who drafted him in the second round in 2013.

The Rams already have a replacement for Woods after signing Allen Robinson to a three-year deal Friday. With Super Bowl MVP Cooper Kupp highlighting the receiving corps, the reigning champions may also still bring back Odell Beckham Jr.

Beckham suffered a torn ACL in Super Bowl LVI after joining L.A. on a one-year deal midway through the regular season.
