Bayfront’s resident momma swan protects her eggs

Bayfront Park's resident female mute swan checks on her four eggs, rolling them periodically before sitting back down on them to protect and keep them warm.
Her partner remained close by, swimming in the water near the boat ramp, while she sheltered the eggs from Monday's 5 C temperatures.
The swans and their annual brood are spring favourites at the park every year.
