Westinghouse To Purchase BHI Energy

Private equity firm AE Industrial Partners, a U.S.-based private equity firm specializing in aerospace, defense & government services, space, power & utility services, and specialty industrial markets, announced it had agreed to sell BHI Energy to U.S. nuclear service giant Westinghouse Electric Company.
