An Oneida man living in Niagara Falls, Ont., says border agents took a carton of tobacco worth $41 after he refused to pay a duty tax while trying to re-enter Canada from the U.S. He says Canada is disrespecting his rights as a First Nations person, and a lawyer agrees with him.
